| The above photograph shows Stopps Piggery, near Windmill Cottages, Cranford Road in 1965. Incorporated in this site are buildings dating from the days of the Burton Ironstone Company, which mined the surrounding area up to the early 1920s. It is now occupied by Barton Plant offices and depot. | |||
