MA, Rector of Burton Latimer, instituted 9 Nov 1593. Resigned 1607. Married 7 Feb 1591/2 at Burton Latimer, Margaret, eldest daughter of Rev. Owen Owen, Rector of Burton Latimer  and Archdeacon of Anglesey (by his first wife Margaret), and sister of John Owen, Bishop of St Asaph 1629-54.

Edward Pulleston married Margaret Owen daughter of Owen Owen the then Rector, 7th February 1591/2. Six of his children born between 1592 and 1604 were baptised at Burton Latimer. During his incumbency in 1597, in the 14th year of the reign of Queen Elizabeth I, an Act of Parliament was brought into force, which insisted that the names and callings of all parents were inscribed in the baptism register. He resigned in 1607 when his brother-in-law took over as Rector of the parish
