MOTOR CYCLE ACCIDENT PILLION FATALITY
22-YEARS-OLD GIRL'S DEATH AFTER ACCIDENT A 22-years-old girl, Edith May Smith, of Burton Latimer, Northants, was killed while riding pillion on a motor cycle to Wicksteed Park, Kettering, on Sunday evening. In avoiding three girls walking in the road, the machine skidded, and the driver, a young man named Williams, and Miss Smith, were thrown off. The girl was taken home suffering from concussion, and died the same night. Williams injured his hip. |
