| We were originally given just the photo (no names) and told that this photo might date from about 1956, but identification of some of the children on it indicates that it is a mixed-age Infants School class from 1956-7. Our thanks to Joan Linnitt (nee Payne) for identifying her son Richard Almond, and for confirming the year and also to Alan Francis for supplying all the missing names and identifying the teacher.
