This is the last will and testament of us Mary Robinson of Burton Latimer in the County of Northampton, Widow, as follows-
I give devise and bequeath all and singular my real and personal Estates whatsoever and wheresoever unto my son Joseph Robinson his heirs executors administrators and assigns for his and their own use and benefit. I hereby nominate and appoint my said son Joseph Robinson sole executor of this my will hereby making all former and other wills by us at any time or times heretofore made and declare this alone to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said Mary Robinson the testatrix have to this my last will and testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of December one thousand eight hundred and twenty three.

On the 6th April 1835 Joseph Robinson of Rushden, farmer, the sole Executor named in the within will was then sworn well and faithfully to perform the same and that the deceased at the time of her death ( which happened on the sixteenth day of December last) was not possessed of goods, chattels and credits of the value of one hundred pounds - before William Drake Surrogate.
