I Stepen Mason of the Parish of Burton Latimer in the County of Northamptonshire being of sound mind but of infirm body do hereby constitute this my last Will and Testament. First I hereby give and bequeath to my niece Mary Maycock the sum of five pounds. I also give and bequeath to my sister Mary Maycock and to my three brothers, John, Thomas and Joseph Mason, after all bequests herein mentioned and all my just debts and expenses are paid, the whole of my Stock in Trade, the whole of my Money and the whole of the Debts due to me. I also appoint that within three months after my decease the whole of my Stock in Trade shall be sold by Public Auction and the Monies proceeding from such sale shall be equally divided between my aforementioned sister Mary Maycock and my three brothers John, Thomas and Joseph Mason I also give and bequeath to my brother Joseph Mason the whole of my Furniture now in my Bedroom with the exception of one Feather bed, one Bolster and two Pillows, which Feather Bed, Bolster and Pillows shall be sold at Public Auction and the Monies proceeding therefrom to be equally divided between my sister and three brothers as aforementioned. I also appoint Samuel Robinson of the Parish of Burton Latimer, Baker and Thomas Ambler of the same Parish, Shoemaker, my Executors. I also give to my Executors, Samuel Robinson and Thomas Ambler, the sum of one pound each as a trusting remuneration for the trouble which they may take.
