Doll stall at the February Fair

In aid of Burton Latimer Church Organ Fund a “February Fair” was held in Preston Hall .
Our top picture shows an attractive stall in Mrs. O. Tailby’s charge. The doll marked X was
given to a little Burton girl 36 years earlier by Miss Dora Newman (who opened the bazaar).

A group of little dancers, who, under the direction of Miss Mandeville,
gave a charming display at the opening of the bazaar.
