In 1932 the first packet of Weetabix began its journey to Britain's breakfast plates, and today it is a household word internationally. The site in Station Road has developed from the original mill, (seen here in the centre of the picture) known as Wallis' Mill which once housed a carpet factory as well as being used for the more traditional work of milling. It is now a vast complex of buildings involved in the production of this cereal.
