BURTON MEN WOUNDED - Considerable anxiety which has been felt in Burton Latimer for the last three weeks on account of Sergt. Ted Adams, Ptes. Robt. Flint, Eric Ball, and Harry Hume, was allayed this (Friday) morning by the receipt of official information in each case of these brave lads had been wounded on July 14th. The continued absence of any news was very worrying to the parents. Today's intimation has caused much satisfaction. |
